Rob Gronkowski is a star, both from his time on the football field and his ability to shine in the public spotlight. When he was on the field, he was a physical bully, overpowering his opponents and scoring touchdowns for fun. Yet, ahead of his Super Bowl party, Gronk joked that he had to be in better shape for his own celebration than he did when he played for the New England Patriots.

Him breaking down that he needs to be in better shape to party six hours instead of playing football for three hours was a classic Gronk moment, and who knows, maybe there was a bit of truth in those words. After all, it will take some serious willpower to be at his high energy levels for six hours.

Gronk is one of the few guys that has seemed to naturally transition from the playing field to be being successful in the second phase of his career. He seems to enjoy his independence from the rigors of the NFL, and it would be a surprise if we ever see him suit up for a team again.
