VIDEO: Robert Kraft Admits He Doesn't Know if Tom Brady Will Be Back in 2020
By Jerry Trotta

Though it isn't entirely clear if Bill Belichick and the rest of the New England Patriots brass will be fully able to welcome impending free agent Tom Brady back to Foxborough on the kind of rich deal the QB wants, it goes without saying that owner Robert Kraft would have No. 12 back in an instant. So, the fact that the 78-year-old exec is not exactly in the loop as it pertains to Brady's free agency thought process all but confirms that the three-time MVP is keeping his motives restricted to his innermost circle, much to the chagrin of Patriots fans everywhere.

Kraft's response to questions about Brady's immediate football future really speaks volumes when you consider the close relationship that he and the futur Hall of Famer have shared over the years. The Pats boss also previously stated that he would rather the 42-year-old signal caller either return to New England or retire, so the fact that TB12 hasn't reached out to him or any Patriots higher-up to detail his intentions must be eating him up.
Tom Brady’s free agency is 46 days away. I know fans are understandably super-interested in what may happen, but nothing will until ~month & half from now. No amount of interest or rumor-humping changes that. Don’t grow early November ulcers over what Christmas morn will bring?

At this point, the best case for Patriots Nation is to remain patient and keep the faith. The rumors surrounding the six-time Super Bowl champ are going to keep swirling with each passing week. Closure, it appears, isn't coming anytime soon.
