VIDEO: Rockies' Raimel Tapia Robs Marlins' Lewis Brinson of Home Run With Sick Grab at the Wall
By Mark Powell
Not much has gone right for the Colorado Rockies this season, but they still possess one of the best lineups in baseball and a stadium which aids in power. That is, unless Rockies outfielder Raimel Tapia has something to say about it. Lewis Brinson gave one a ride to deep center in Saturday night's Brewers-Rockies affair, only to have what looked to be a guaranteed home run robbed by Tapia.
Sitting in last in the NL West, the Rockies can't take much solace in just one highlight-reel play. Yet, the majority of their core is young, and even fringe players like Tapia are just 25 years of age. The future may yet be bright in Colorado.
