VIDEO: Ronald Acuña Tags Mets With Solo Bomb to Right-Center
By Michael Luciano

Had your doubts about Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. getting a spot in the Home Run Derby? Allow the man himself to put all of those questions to bed with a thunderous blast off of New York Mets starter Noah Syndergaard. Acuña launched his 20th home run off of Thor to break a 1-1 deadlock and give the Braves the lead Sunday night.

Syndergaard continues to struggle keeping the ball in the ballpark, as he and his 4.55 ERA gave up his 12th home run of the season. He gave up 9 all of last season, for comparison's sake.
Safe to say Syndergaard's return from the IL isn't going according to plan.

While the Braves continue to mash, the Mets remain a tire fire. In other words, business as usual in the NL East.
