Rougie clutched up yet AGAIN! The member of the Rangers lineup who likely swings the hardest, non-Gallo division, just broke an extended tie just before the All-Star Break. It's now a 4-1 game in Minnesota, putting a last-second damper on an otherwise excellent Twins first half.
