Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is one of the best players in the NFL, but that doesn't mean he isn't in contention for the corniest high-profile athlete out there. I mean, we saw that video message he sent the fans after signing his record deal. The awkwardness continued, as he posted a cringeworthy clip to announce he's now on Snapchat:

What are we doing, Russ? Thanks for using a filter not even a 15-year-old girl would use. This offseason must be too long for ya, because you have too much time on your hands.

This is weird and over the top, but hey, if Wilson isn't embarrassed by it, then more power to him. I can almost guarantee you that this will be on a loop in the Seahawks locker room.

His teammates will never let him forget this.
