VIDEO: Russell Wilson Saves Jason Myers With 5th TD Pass of the Day to Get Seahawks OT Win
By Thomas Carannante
That was a rollercoaster for Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans, but it's all over now. Russell Wilson gave the home crowd what they wanted and delivered one of the best performances of the season, capping it off with his FIFTH touchdown in overtime to win it for the Hawks.
This was all made possible because of kicker Jason Myers, who had a terrible day at the office. He missed two field goals and an extra point, including the potential game-winning 40-yard chip shot as time expired after Wilson led a 46-second drive deep into Bucs territory.
But Wilson didn't even let the Bucs take the field again. The Seahawks received the ball in OT and he drove them right down the field for the TD to Jacob Hollister.
Wilson finished the day 29 of 43 for 378 yards and five touchdowns. Give this man the MVP now.
