VIDEO: Saints Defenders Appear to Call Tarik Cohen Short to His Face During Win Over Bears
By Scott Rogust
The New Orleans Saints entered the Windy City and steamrolled the Chicago Bears. Teddy Bridgewater is still undefeated as the Saints starting quarterback, while Mitchell Trubisky had an uneventful return from a separated shoulder. With the Saints up 36-10 in the fourth quarter, trash talk was flying from both teams. At the end of a play, Bears running back Tarik Cohen was frustrated, and the Saints defenders decided to poke the bear by calling him short.
Now that's just savage. But that's what happens when a team is up big time on the scoreboard.
In case you didn't know, 6-1 corner Eli Apple and 5-11 safety CJ Gardner-Johnson elevated their hands like a "you must be this tall to ride" sign over the head of the 5-6 Cohen. Even head coach Sean Payton can be seen talking smack to the Bears rusher.
Sunday was just a bad day for Cohen, the Chicago Bears, and their fanbase.
