Russian light heavyweight Sergey Kovalev faced off against undefeated British up-and-comer Anthony Yarde in his native country, and it was the elder Kovalev who came through with a brutal jab to knock Yarde out in the 11th round.

All Kovalev needed was a little opening, which he got and delivered with a left-handed jab to send Yarde to the mat for the knockout.
Yarde had a chance to take him down in the eighth round, but Kovalev stuck with it and gave him a nasty left jab to the face.
