VIDEO: Side Angle of Ronald Acuña Jr.'s Game-Tying Home Run Shows Off Even More Bat-Flipping Joy
By Adam Weinrib
The major league world has a love affair with Ronald Acuña Jr., and it's well-deserved. After all, the kid's just 21 years old, is bound for his first postseason as a front-runner (last year's Braves were cute, but this feels different), and it'll be at least a decade before he ever hits fewer homers than his age. Think he's not loving it? Check out the display the kid put on earlier on Sunday, when he rocketed one out in the ninth.
Wearing the most beautiful jersey we've ever seen, RAJ cemented his righteousness by completing his vendetta toward the ump with a bat flip for the ages.
The man took his sweet time getting to first base, and he earned every second of the display. Take an eternal bow, son. You can only tie so many games directly after being disrespected by a strike zone.
Sidenote, more of this angle in baseball coverage, please?
