VIDEO: Steph Curry Singing Songs From 'Aladdin' is Proof He's Not Actually Perfect
By Austin Pert
Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors continue another postseason run, slicing through the rest of the league and playing with an apparent invincibility. Perhaps they've become too content with their possession of the crown, because now we have one of the Splash Brothers spending his time singing songs from Disney movies.
Curry said that "A Whole New World" was his favorite song from the 1992 Disney hit "Aladdin," and gave fans a window into into his vocal stylings. Curry himself breaks out laughing during the interview, reminding every fan that they should be thankful that he is playing basketball and not singing in the opera. The Warriors star also played a part in an advertisement promoting the movie's most recent remake.
While everyone has their ideas for what would be a perfect three wishes, the Warriors would probably wish for a Game 4 win on Monday and maximum rest before the NBA Finals, as well as getting Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala back at full strength. Others may wish that the two-time defending champions are upset in the finals by either Toronto or Milwaukee, which is perhaps not more than a slight possibility.
In the meantime, Steph should stick to draining triples and leave the vocals to the experts.
