VIDEO: Terrifying Madden Glitch That Folds a Random Player Like a Freaking Pretzel Cannot Be Unseen
By Aaron Halford

You won't believe the kind of acrobatics taking place in the newest edition of Madden, as apparently players' limbs aren't limited by the kinds of boundaries we've grown accustomed to. As this receiver cuts across the middle of the field for a standard-looking slant route, his legs are thrown in different directions. The defense then converges, and he appears to suffer at least a few career-threatening injuries.
This is not how bodies work but wouldn’t it be cool if it was?

While we've all seen plenty of gruesome injuries in the NFL, I wouldn't classify this one as realistic. The receiver slowly starts to collapse as defenders fall all over his legs, and he folds up like a picnic blanket.
The play is almost reminiscent of Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann's infamous leg injury in which Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor essentially ended his career.

After the game's release on Aug. 2, fans and gamers alike have been running to Twitter to show off mishaps, highlights and funny coincidences during their gameplay experience. For this one, however, EA Sports may need to work on another update.
