VIDEO: Tigers Fan Heroically Saves His Beer While Making Impressive Snag on Foul Ball

Even when you're so close to finally grabbing an elusive foul ball at a major league game, you can't sacrifice the beer. After all, beers at ballparks can set you back a pretty penny, so you've got to have your priorities in order. This dedicated Detroit Tigers fan took that idea to heart, making an amazing grab while diving into a row of bleachers, sacrificing his body without losing the beer. To top it all off, he proceeding to chug whatever beer he had left.

Not only did he make the snag, but he managed to get back on his feet and down the entire beer, while some fired up fan next to him repeatedly smacked him on his back. That probably looked a lot cooler than it felt.

While this guy may not get points for style or grace, you can't deny how impressive this is. The fact that he followed it up with a nice chug--looking at you, Aaron Rodgers--makes this somehow even cooler.

If the Tigers ever get tired of watching JaCoby Jones attempt unsuccessfully to play the outfield at Comerica Park, maybe they should give this guy a call. He's certainly shown some good range and the willingness to dive into the seats to make a play.
