VIDEO: Titans Got Away With Blatant Offsides on Last-Second Field Goal Attempt in Win Over Chiefs
By Michael Luciano
Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans pulled off one of the most shocking Ws of the season when they knocked off Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, 35-32. While Joshua Kalu managed to block a Harrison Butker field goal in the closing seconds that would have tied the game if it had been good from 52 yards, it looks like he might have gotten a little bit of a head start on this play.
The Titans put together an all-time gritty performance to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, but Butker probably should have had another go at the game-tying kick.
Instead, all we got was another Chiefs loss by the skin of their teeth, something the team has been remarkably accustomed to lately.
Though KC welcomed Patrick Mahomes back this week in an attempt to deal with this tough road matchup, perhaps they should've gotten the defensive effort up on his behalf.
