VIDEO: Titans RB Derrick Henry Destroying Helmet in Drills at Practice Should Terrify Chiefs Fans
By Jackson Thompson
Titans running back Derrick Henry has been one of the most unstoppable players of the postseason this year, and is preparing to continue that trend through a unique practice drill. In gearing up for the AFC championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Henry was seen at practice Friday running a drill in which he repeatedly jabbed a helmet while carrying the ball.
Some Chiefs defenders are likely to be on the other end of those stiff arm drills at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. How well Henry can run the ball and shed defenders will be a key factor in deciding this year's AFC Championship.
Last Saturday in Baltimore, Henry showed the entire NFL just how dominant his stiff arm is when he bullied Ravens safety Earl Thomas.
Now, the only question is which Kansas City defender will be the unfortunate soul to catch these hands when Henry takes his handoffs on Sunday.
