VIDEO: Twins' Willians Astudillo Accidentally Slaps Tag on Leury Garcia's Crotch on Pickoff Attempt

Sometimes accidents happen in Major League Baseball. That's exactly what happened during Wednesday's game between the Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox. Leury Garcia stood with a lead off first base, which caught the attention of Twins pitcher Jake Odorizzi, who threw the ball to Willians Astudillo on a potential pickoff attempt. During the exchange, Astudillo tagged Garcia...directly in the crotch.

Astudillo didn't plant the tag where he was looking to, and caught Garcia right in the undesirables, leading to the baserunner being momentarily hunched over in pain.

Even though both Astudillo and Garcia shared a laugh afterwards, there's one lesson to be learned here: always wear a cup.
