VIDEO: Ump Show Continues as Jeremie Rehak Ejects Dave Martinez and Adam Eaton in 1st Inning

Remember that one time you tuned into a baseball game to watch the umpire? Really, never? The Angel Hernandez's of the world tend to disagree with you, and we can add another to the rapidly growing #umpshow list.

Jeremie Rehak, who is calling the Nationals-Dodgers game on Sunday afternoon, threw out Adam Eaton and Washington manager Dave Martinez after a missed fourth ball led to a strikeout. You're sure you don't want robot umps?
The high fastball, pitch No. 5, is the one which sparked Adam Eaton's frustration and led to the two ejections. pic.twitter.com/xcO94UI58D

Perhaps we're in the minority but we actually enjoy the human element of the game. Arguments betweens players/managers and umpires make baseball unique, and taking that away would be a farce.
Yet, something about this ought to rub fans the wrong way. Rehak was clearly wrong and it led to two Nationals wrongly getting ejected in a game that could prove vital down the stretch as Washington fights for a playoff spot.
Adam Eaton gets run for arguing balls and strikes. Then Davey is run. And Davey lets the whole umpiring crew have it. This has been building this whole series. Ball/strike calls in the 9th inning on both Friday and Saturday went against the Nats. They’re not happy with this crew.

Very few of us could actually pass as an MLB umpire, but those that do go through years of training and minor leagues before they reach this level. It's fair to expect better.
