VIDEO: UNC 5-Star Recruit Cole Anthony Showcases Unreal Hops in Clip of Epic Dunk Session
By Michael Luciano
We all knew that No. 2 overall recruit and future North Carolina Tar Heel Cole Anthony could dunk, but we didn't know the 19-year-old could throw down with the best of them! The 6-foot-3 point guard's game is all about verticality, as his hops for someone his size are truly uncommon. He showed off just how athletic he is by getting eye-level with the rim in a quick highlight package.
The explosive guard turned down Oregon, Notre Dame, and Georgetown to link up with Roy Williams and the Tar Heels.
This isn't the first time that Anthony has nearly broken basketball Twitter with a tantalizing glimpse of what is to come next year in Chapel Hill, as he's also capable of taking off from near the free throw line and finishing it off with a sick windmill.
Even with Nassir Little joining the program last year, it's been a while since North Carolina has brought a recruit like Anthony into the fray. A player of his caliber can help the program achieve its ultimate goal, another NCAA Tournament victory, and he'll probably chalk up some impressive jams along the way.
