This is borderline illegal. In a LLWS matchup between Venezuela and Australia, one player decided to get creative and try to draw a walk in the process. At least, that's what we assume given there's no physical way this young man can swing the bat in his current batting stance. I mean...check it out for yourself, this kid essentially has one knee on the ground in an attempt to distract the umpire while also maneuvering around the strike zone.

Yeah, I hate this. Look, I've gotta hand it to the kid for creating a viral moment we won't forget in Williamsport, but at the same time this sort of showmanship shouldn't be encouraged at the LLWS. What's next, juiced balls and overwhelming shifts? Joe Maddon isn't managing Team Venezuela, and as is such, a real manager ought to step in and end this sideshow right now. Yes, I hate fun things. Deal with it.
