VIDEO: Vikings Retake Lead With Gutsy Dalvin Cook Rushing Touchdown on 4th Down
By Scott Rogust
The Dallas Cowboys took the lead over the Minnesota Vikings thanks to Amari Cooper's best Santonio Holmes impersonation. On the very next drive, the Vikings worked their way downfield to Dallas' one-yard line, thanks to a 16-yard run by rookie running back Alexander Mattison. On 4th and goal, starting running back Dalvin Cook took it in himself for the touchdown, saving a lot of folks' bacon after a false start nearly derailed this goal-line opportunity.
Minnesota then extended their lead to 28-21, thanks to a two-point catch by tight end Kyle Rudolph, who's having himself a good night down in Dallas.
