When Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. was called up to the Toronto Blue Jays after a long wait earlier this season, we assumed there would be an adjustment period. Yet, Vladdy has surpassed our expectations and then some. In the first round of the Home Run Derby, Guerrero Jr. hit 29 dingers, surpassing Josh Hamilton for the most in one round. And these were moonshots, people.

Matched up against Matt Chapman in the first round, let's just hope Vlad Jr. has some gas left in the tank for the rest of the tournament. Wow.
