VIDEO: Watch Blues Celebrate First-Ever Stanley Cup Victory With Parade in St. Louis
By Max Scoli
The St. Louis Blues recently won their first Stanley Cup in team history, defeating the Boston Bruins in Game 7 to take home the NHL's most coveted prize. On Saturday, Blues fans fled the streets of St. Louis to celebrate this momentous accomplishment.
This was the Blues' first trip to the Finals since the club was ironically swept by the Bruins in 1970. Oh, how the tables have turned.
And Jon Hamm was there celebrating too!
Perhaps nobody was having a better time than Executive Vice President Brett Hull, whose excitement clearly couldn't be contained.
The eight-time NHL All-Star spent a decade with the Blues during his playing career, but was never afforded the opportunity to hoist up the Stanley Cup in St. Loui, though he did win with the Dallas Stars in 1999 and the Detroit Red Wings in 2002. Finally, Hull gets to live his best life in the great state of Missouri.
