Both the United States men's and women's national teams have been scoring early of late. While Christen Press bagged a ninth-minute goal against England in the Women's World Cup semi-final, Weston McKennie bagged his second goal in as many games with a shot past Andre Blake to give the men's team a 1-0 lead over Jamaica in the 2019 Gold Cup semifinals.
