VIDEO: Xander Bogaerts Crushes Solo Jack in 1st Inning Against Blue Jays

The Boston Red Sox, currently nine games out of the AL East and two games back in the Wild Card, have a chance to get steal some wins from the woeful Toronto Blue Jays over the next three games. And Xander Bogaerts wasted no time giving his club an early lead Tuesday evening, crushing a moonshot of a solo home run over the Green Monster in the first inning.

The two-time All-Star enjoyed what was perhaps the best first half of his seven-year career and the 26-year-old shortstop has somehow come out just as hot in the second half.

When will pitchers learn to stop letting Bogaerts feast on fastballs over the inner half of the plate?
