The New York Yankees didn't have much to be happy about on Thursday night, as they were downright destroyed by the Cleveland Indians, losing 19-5. However, there was a positive in the ninth inning. The Yankees reached the point of any blowout in which a position player takes the pitcher's mound. First baseman Mike Ford assumed the duties, and he unleashed some nasty stuff against Indians catcher Roberto Perez.

Fun fact, Ford used to pitch at Princeton University, hence the nasty skillset on the mound, and notched the 1-2-3 inning.

Ford's pitching performance was the high of many, many lows for the Yankees on Thursday.
