VIDEO: Edwin Encarnacion and Gary Sanchez Spotted Murdering Baseballs Before Yankees' Game in Tampa
By Parker White

Gary Sanchez and Edwin Encarnacion have been out with injury for a little over a week, but they looked pretty healthy before Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays while preparing for an October return. Don't believe me? Check out Edwin Encarnacion crushing balls in BP.

If this was a competition between the two sluggers, I think Gary Sanchez had him beat with this bomb to the catwalk, however. Once thought to have the longer recovery ahead of him, the Sanchize unloaded here.

Encarnacion should be ready to return to the starting lineup by this weekend in Texas just in time to get some game action before the playoffs, while Sanchez may have to wait for an ALDS unveiling. Of course, with the way they are scolding the ball Tuesday in BP, maybe they can return to the lineup before Friday?
