VIDEO: Yankees Jump on Dodgers With Home Runs From Aaron Judge and Gary Sanchez
By Sam Dunn

A weekend interleague series between the teams with the two best records in baseball? Yeah, that sounds like a pretty hot ticket. Just ask the Yankee fans who made the trip all the way out to Chavez Ravine-- they were treated to a couple of third-inning dingers to give their team the lead. First, Aaron Judge let it fly with one out.

Not to be outdone, Gary Sanchez stepped up to the dish with two men out and delivered a milestone, crushing his 100th career home run.

Needing just 355 games to record the feat, Sanchez becomes the fastest player in American League history to hit 100 long balls, and the second-fastest all-time behind only Ryan Howard.
Nice work if you can get it. Game on in SoCal.
