New York Yankees fans were decidedly outspoken about general manager Brian Cashman's lack of moves during Wednesday's MLB trade deadline. But maybe this will help Bronx Bombers fans feel better-- right handed pitching prospect Brian Keller threw a seven-inning no-hitter on Thursday for the Double-A Trenton Thunder in a brilliant display against Altoona, the Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

To make this feat that much more impressive for Keller is that he got the job done with just 70 pitches, ending the game in less than 90 minutes.

Yes, read that again.

While the Yankees didn't make the splash that many expected they would (or needed to) at the deadline, the fans can look forward to up-and-comers like Brian Keller -- a 2018 39th-round pick who isn't even regarded as a top-50 prospect in the Yankee pipeline -- continuing to ripen on the vine.
