VIDEO: Yankees Show Amazing Tribute to CC Sabathia That Brought Him to Tears

CC Sabathia's regular season career is about to come to an end. The 19-year MLB veteran has done so much for the game, especially since he joined the New York Yankees a decade ago. And to show their gratitude for his service to the team and the game, the Yankees showed an amazing tribute that brought the big man to tears.

It's easy to see why it brought Sabathia to tears. The entire video is a testament to what he means to his family, his friends, his teammates and baseball as a whole.
It's the perfect encapsulation of a career that has had its share of highs and lows.
As the video says, he is "an inspiration and a role model" to everyone who has had the chance to watch him play and hear his story. He's been a great baseball player and an even greater person during his career.

Hopefully this October brings him one last chance at glory, because there's nobody who deserves it more than CC Sabathia.
