VIDEO: Yasmani Grandal Rips 2-Run Shot off Max Scherzer as Brewers Take 1st-Inning Lead Over Nats

Well, that didn't take long. The Milwaukee Brewers continued their surge without star Christan Yelich, at the expense of the Washington Nationals in Tuesday's NL Wild Card Game. In the top of the first inning, Nationals ace Max Scherzer walked Brewers leadoff hitter Trent Grisham. Catcher Yasmani Grandal took advantage, as he hit a line drive shot to right field, sailing over the wall into the Nats' bullpen to give Milwaukee the 2-0 lead.
Grandal has been sensational for Milwaukee this season and he just gave the Brew Crew an early lead against one of the game's most feared aces.
While Scherzer was dealing in the upper-90's, Grandal unloaded on the pitch and launched it out of the yard at 106 mph off the bat.
