Vikings agree to terms with veteran CB Stephon Gilmore on a new deal

After a long wait, veteran cornerback Stephon Gilmore has a new place to call home. The former All-Pro CB has remained patient with his free agency process, with him being linked to several teams throughout the offseason.
However, he took a recent visit to meet with the Minnesota Vikings and it looks like things went better than expected. That's because breaking news has arrived that Gilmore has made his decision - he'll be playing in the NFC North this campaign.
ESPN sources: Five-time Pro-Bowl CB Stephon Gilmore has reached an agreement in principle on a one-year deal worth up to $10 million, including $7 million guaranteed with the Minnesota Vikings.
