Former NFL star Percy Harvin let the world know this offseason that he's ready to return to the NFL, and he's definitely not wrong based on the photos and workout videos that have surfaced.

But if he's making a comeback, it won't be with the team that drafted him. Minnesota Vikings GM Rick Spielman made it clear the team will not be seeking a reunion.

Buzz had linked the Vikes to Harvin after the departure of Stefon Diggs, but that won't be happening, especially after the team drafted LSU wideout Justin Jefferson. Quite simply, Spielman closed his remarks with the very curt, "We have no intent to sign Percy Harvin."

Speaking of Diggs, Spielman also spoke about the trade that sent the veteran to the Buffalo Bills, claiming that trading him to the AFC was what made the whole thing happen. He would not have been keen on trading him within the conference.

Spielman acknowledged he wasn't planning on trading Diggs, but the offer from the Bills was too good to turn down (and we're sure he was sick of the drama Diggs was causing both on and off the field).

Now Vikings fans at least have some sort of confirmation on both of these fronts.
