The Minnesota Vikings and Kirk Cousins wanted to make a statement vs. their division rival on Monday Night Football, and they opted to employ a little trickery in order to provide a spark to their offense.

The Vikes used a variation of the Philly Special in which Stefon Diggs tried to lob the ball to his quarterback down the field, but the receiver put a little bit too much on the throw, and Kirk Cousins couldn't get to the ball despite a diving effort.
