While the MLB and NBA are currently trying to figure out ways to make up the rest of the 2020 season after the coronavirus pandemic shut things down, the NFL is crossing its fingers and hoping that they won't have to consider postponing any games or playing without fans in the stands.

Playing games without fans is a reality few would advocate for, but Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins seems to be totally in favor of this plan, as he called the idea of competing in empty stadiums "refreshing."

"Honestly to go out and just play the game would kind of be refreshing, a breath of fresh air," Cousins said. "We can just play football."

In other words, Cousins thinks that playing football without fans could be a good thing. Good luck explaining that one to the diehard Vikings fans out there.

Cousins isn't necessarily advocating for fans to be removed from his gameday experience, but the fact he's open to it at all is a little off.
