VIDEO: Warriors Welcome Andre Iguodala Back to the Bay With Awesome Tribute

Iggy is back by the bay where he belongs, and the Warriors have welcomed him with open arms. The three-time NBA champion was honored with a pregame ceremony, and even addressed the Chase Center crowd himself, followed by a message from Klay Thompson. The Warriors' tribute video highlighted Iguodala's finest moments in Oakland, including his clutch Finals appearances.

Iguodala left Denver for Golden State in 2013 at a time when the Warriors weren't thought of as a prominent free agent destination. That all changed shortly after, however, as the Splash Bros turned Golden State's free agent pitch into one highlighting championship potential.

The Dubs are down for the moment, still awaiting the return of Steph Curry and, eventually, Klay Thompson. The departure of Kevin Durant was never a scenario they could've prepared for, and the combination of three dynasty-altering moments has the Warriors in play for the No. 1 overall pick in next year's NBA Draft.
For now, though, they can celebrate the past.
