Mike Leach is no longer the Washington State football head coach. Typically, when a coach leaves for a new team, his former players reminisce, either spurring positive or negative memories. Washington State running back Max Borghi took a different approach, trolling his former coach on Twitter.
After news broke that Leach was headed to Mississippi State to be the newest head coach in the SEC, Leach tweeted a gif of Will Ferrell in the famous "more cowbell" Saturday Night Live sketch. Leach was happy to be moving on to greater things. Borghi took it a different direction, however.

In the Cheez-It Bowl, Washington State's last game of their 6-7 season, Borghi was only allowed six rushes, including one for a touchdown in a 31-21 loss to Air Force.

Borghi isn't alone in his want to carry the ball more as fans have flocked to twitter to support him. With Leach down in the SEC now, Borghi might have a chance to shine in the Pac-12 with a new head coach starting next season.
