The Chicago White Sox have been one of the most active teams this offseason after acquiring three former All-Stars in Yasmani Grandal, Dallas Keuchel and Edwin Encarnacion via free agency.

They may done making big acquisitions at this point, but they're still staying active. The White Sox have reportedly agreed to a deal with Cuban pitching prospect Norge Vera, per ESPN's Kiley McDaniel.

The 19-year-old right-handed pitcher is considered the best pitching prospect on the international market. He stands 6-foot-4 and can reach 96-97 MPH on the radar gun.

While both parties have agreed on the deal, it cannot become official until July 2, when the 2020 signing class members are allowed to officially land with their new teams.

As the White Sox make their way back into contention in the MLB, it's exciting for fans to see the team making moves in free agency, on the trade market, and through the international signing period.
