Will a Browns-Panthers trade for Baker Mayfield go down?

What in the heck is going to end up happening with Baker Mayfield? The Cleveland Browns are ready to move forward with Deshaun Watson as the QB1, but people are waiting to see if Mayfield will get traded.

Per a report, the Carolina Panthers are still trying to land the former No. 1 overall pick. Should this go down, it needs to happen as soon as possible.

As minicamps begin today for the Browns and Panthers, trade talks between the teams continue surrounding QB Baker Mayfield, per sources. The main issue remains Mayfield's salary and how much (or how little) teams pay.

Carolina clearly has interest in landing Mayfield, but it's TBD if Cleveland will make a deal happen or not. We should find out soon what happens, but it's clear Mayfield wants to play for a different team.
