World Series Flasher Exposes Herself to Gerrit Cole on TV at Home and Reveals He Blocked Her
By Mark Powell
The World Series ended on Wednesday night, with the Washington Nationals defeating the Houston Astros in Game 7. Houston manager AJ Hinch took some heat for not throwing ace Gerrit Cole into the game in vital moments late in the contest, and the Astros ace did not appear pleased postgame.
Yet that wasn't the only reactionary moment from Cole this series.
The infamous World Series flasher, one Julia Rose, exposed herself to Cole one last time (we assume) from afar. In the process, she revealed Cole had blocked her on Twitter, almost assuredly after she was banned from attending baseball games for life based on her actions in Game 6.
Cole isn't necessarily being a sore loser with this action, but just getting his priorities in order. While Rose's latest attempt at viral fame was once again successful, it's not up to Cole to respond in any way.
If anything, he appears to be focused on his upcoming free agency.
Give Cole credit. He's not lingering in the past, even if that just so happens to be mere minutes after a crushing defeat.
