VIDEO: Wrigley Field Blasting Gameday Music in Chicago to Liven up the Quiet City is Perfect
By Andrew Gullotta

The heartbeat of the north side of Chicago noticed that the city was a little too quiet, so the Wrigley Field music operators lightened up the mood by blasting some cheerful music to make it feel like it was gameday for the Cubs.

This gesture will make any baseball fan happy. After all, we need to keep a positive mood with the season nearing a return in the next six weeks or so. Fans need to speak it into existence!
And what better way to do that in Chicago than play the sounds of the Friendly Confines? It seems like the most appropriate way to keep fans on their toes and excited for what's to come as we continue to endure the postponement of play.

Hopefully, that music will be blaring through the speakers while the Cubs and their opponents are taking batting practice or waiting to take the field in between innings soon, and baseball can once again be the heartbeat of so many cities around the country.
