VIDEO: WWE Star Braun Strowman Ripping Homers off a Tee Proves He Needs to Be in the Home Run Derby
By Andrew Gullotta

We probably won't get a Home Run Derby in 2020, but baseball fans can get a little taste of that when WWE star Braun Strowman comes up to the plate. In a video posted by Strowman, he is seen nuking softballs off the tee that go way out of sight.

It's no surprise that this former Strongman champion can hit bombs like this considering his strength that he displays on the wrestling mat. To add to that, his father was a professional slow pitch softball player, and holds records for the most home runs, hits and RBI. So, it seems like hitting dingers is in Strowman's genes.
What makes Strowman's Home Run Derby power even more impressive is that he's hitting off a tee, which is notoriously known to give less distance to hits. It's a tool primarily used by players to work on technique, and usually used not to hit homers with.
