Xavier McKinney to miss several weeks after ATV injury

The long list of injuries continues to get worse for the NY Giants, but this is one that could have been avoided. On Monday morning, star G-Men safety Xavier McKinney took to Twitter to announce that he suffered a hand injury during the bye.

That's not the whole story. McKinney suffered the injury while riding an ATV in Cabo. Now, he's all set to miss multiple games. This is brutal for the Giants and head coach Brian Daboll.

McKinney is the defensive play-caller and a team captain. Fans are furious with his decision to ride an ATV during the bye week and understandably so. This is inexcusable from the standout safety.
