Yankees' Aaron Judge Update Reveals He Had an Undisclosed Incredibly Painful Injury
By Michael Luciano

We might not have any New York Yankees games scheduled at the moment due to the coronavirus pandemic, but we're still not short on injury updates from often-injured superstar outfielder Aaron Judge.
Judge underwent a CT scan on his rib injury that showed a "slight improvement" in his condition. Buried further down in this news dump was the fact that Judge has been suffering through a pneumothorax, also known as a collapsed lung. Luckily, Judge claims that is "completely gone."
Aaron Judge said that his CT scan showed “slight improvement” and he will have another test in a couple of weeks. Judge also said that his pneumothorax (which was previously undisclosed) is “completely gone,” so he can fly if necessary.

I don't know what's more unusual, the fact that Judge had a collapsed lung and didn't seem overly bothered or cornered by it, or the fact that the Yankees somehow missed that injury (or simply forgot to let us know).
Judge is now able to fly, considering his lung is fully healed. He is also scheduled to undergo tests on his rib injury that put him in question for Opening Day before the COVID-19 pandemic forced MLB to delay their season.
Aaron Judge had a CT-Scan Friday for a stress fracture in his right top rib that showed progress and a Pneumo thorax issue on the lung has completely healed. That allows him to fly. Judge is scheduled to have another rib test in 2 weeks

Even when the entire MLB has ground to a halt due to the coronavirus, the Yankees medical staff is here to show us how even the mots severe and traumatic injuries can be improperly diagnosed and treated.
