The New York Yankees suffered a heartbreaking loss in extra innings during Game 2 of the ALCS, and with the series split 1-1, the teams will head to the Bronx for Game's 3 and 4.

Well, ahead of the critical Game 3 clash, the Yankees have revealed their lineup with a few noticeable changes from their previous outing. The most notable exclusion from the lineup is, once again, super slugger Giancarlo Stanton.

Here's how the lineup will pan out for Game 3:

Leading off is DJ LeMahieu, as usual, followed by Aaron Judge and veteran left fielder Brett Gardner. Cleaning up is Edwin Encarnacíon, followed by the red-hot Gleyber Torres.

The back-end of the order features Didi Gregorius hitting sixth, Gary Sanchez at catcher hitting seventh, Gio Urshela manning the hot corner and hitting eighth, and Aaron Hicks, making his postseason debut, will be in the nine-hole.

Stanton has been dealing with a quad injury that held him out of Game 2, and Yankee fans will surely be disappointed not to have the slugger in the starting lineup for the series' third game.

Fortunately, the Yanks will receive a boost in the form of Hicks, who despite being on the ALCS roster, was benched in favor of Cameron Maybin in Game 2. Hopefully Hicks' defensive prowess and solid hitting can provide a spark for the Bombers at the tail end of the lineup.
