Yankees must find a way to sign Carlos Correa before the Cubs

While MLB fans wait for the lockout to come to a close, people continue to wonder where some of the big free agents will sign. This of course includes Carlos Correa and Freddie Freeman. For Correa, he's been linked to three teams of late: Yankees, Cubs and Astros.

For the Yankees, they're in need of a stud shortstop and Correa would make a ton of sense. With the Cubs also looking to land him, Brian Cashman simply needs to get things done here.

It's not looking likely that a reunion with Houston will go down. New York must sign Correa as soon as the lockout ends, period.
