Yankees OF Cameron Maybin Hilariously Calls Out Fan on Twitter Over Obscure Stat
By Parker White

Veteran outfielder Cameron Maybin has been a real bright spot for this New York Yankees club, as he's filled in admirably for a number of injured outfielders in 2019.
On the season, he's hitting .327 with seven home runs and 22 RBI, and in nine games since returning from the injured list, Maybin is hitting .375 with two home runs and eight RBI.
Maybin ended up with four hits on Wednesday, and according to some baseball fan, the 32-year-old stud became the first Yankee batter with four hits and a stolen base since Aaron Hicks did it in 2017.

That's quite the factoid, and Maybin's reaction on Twitter was priceless.
Y'all be coming in with the wildest stats ever I swear... ? Talking bout "Cameron Maybin is the first batter in MLB HISTORY to chew bubble gum while crossing second base on a home run against the Orioles on August 7, 2019" ??? Where do y'all come up with these facts?! https://t.co/n3gMpybPid

Maybin is totally right. Every week some player did something for the first time in MLB history, and sometimes it's something so small and odd it doesn't really need to be said.
But hey, making history, no matter how trivial, is still pretty cool.
