A's Lineup

Khris Davis returns to the lineup after a brief stint on the paternity list. Slugging sensations Marcus Semien and Matt Chapman occupy the first two spots in the order, with Matt Olson behind them. LeMahieu and Aaron Judge are hitting first and second, respectively, with Gleyber Torres playing second and hitting third. Torres has cooled off a bit of late, slashing .208/.269/.333 over his past six games, but after clubbing 13 homers in August, a bit of a downswing was to be expected.

The struggling Happ, who has an unsightly 5.57 ERA this year, will get the start for the Yankees. In his last start, Happ lasted five innings, striking out seven batters and surrendering three runs on two hits.
