Tampa Bay will have Charlie Morton ready to go for the matinee, with the righty coming into the contest with a 2.32 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. Morton pitched six shutout innings in his last appearance on May 14 against the Miami Marlins. One of Morton's biggest upsides is his consistency. He's allowed more than two runs in just one outing this year. Three of Morton's past four starts have resulted in one or fewer runs allowed.

Yankees Lineup

They say that imitation is the best form of flattery. And against the Rays, the pioneers of the "opener," the Yankees will send Chad Green to the mound to begin the game and get the first few outs. A bounce-back "start" is vital for Green and the Yankees on Sunday.

Green's resume this season, however, is quite troubling. He was sent down to Triple-A after a horrific start and while he rebounded in his return to the MLB in a relief appearance against the Rays, Tampa got the best of him on Friday and tagged him for two runs (one earned).

The Rays will quickly return home after Sunday's game, with a two-game inter-league series against the Dodgers up next. The Yankees, meanwhile, will hit the road to take on the Orioles for a four-game series at Camden Yards.
