Yankees Lineup

CC Sabathia will make his 300th start in a Yankees uniform tonight against the Twins. Sabathia, who just turned 39 yesterday, is 5-4 with a 4.06 ERA during his 19th season.

Mitch Garver leads off in front of the home crowd, followed by Jorge Polanco and DH Nelson Cruz. Eddie Rosario is in left field, and with C.J. Cron headed to the IL, Miguel Sanó will take over at first base.

Left-hander Martín Peréz is going to get the start for Minnesota today. After flopping in Texas last year, Perez has been reborn as a Twin, going 8-3 with a 4.10 ERA while allowing only eight home runs in 101 innings this year.

This series could shake up the playoff picture in the AL, and it all gets underway tonight.
