Thank goodness for a break in the action, because we're not sure the NBA wanted to give any team this kind of advantage during the Rising Stars Challenge. As if Zion Williamson's legend as a dunker wasn't ridiculous enough, we now know he has the potential to BEND THE BACKBOARD. Yes, really.

The dunks in question was a thunderous alley-oop from Ja Morant, in which all 280-plus pounds of Williamson bent the backboard (hopefully not beyond repair).

It sure helps that Morant is willing to put his former AAU teammate on a pedestal in front of the entire NBA community. Shortly thereafter, Zion added another jam which finally put this hoop over the edge.
